Built from two decades inside enterprise workforce systems.

Smartplace was founded by Aaron Ng, who has spent 20 years building enterprise workforce technology across Australia, Asia, the UK, the Middle East, and other global markets.

The same pattern kept emerging: organisations had sophisticated payroll engines, interpretation tools, time tracking platforms, and workforce systems. The technology often worked. The governance between those systems did not.
